I never finished reading Antifragile by Nassim Taleb. I probably should.
But I vividly remember one idea – that measuring your progress on a daily basis is self-sabotage.
A single day can be both a complete failure or a an amazing step forward. You need to allow for the natural swings in your luck, mood, presence and productivity.
I’ve had both kinds of days this week.
But I rarely have weeks that I feel bad about.
If I measure my time and progress in weekly blocks, I’d probably spare myself a lot of frustration.
