Now that’s a new thought.
I’m not gonna work on Fridays anymore. Instead, I’ll spend the day thinking.
But I don’t think well when I sit down to think. I think well when I do mechanical tasks – running, washing dishes, cleaning, buying groceries.
Anything that helps me zone off helps me think.
Let me try that today. Let me unapologetically not work but feel and think all Friday instead.
I have a feeling today is gonna be a good day.
And that this new habit will make for a good podcast.
