I dreamed about a movie yesterday:
It was about Levski, who escaped being captured and went on to rule Bulgaria. He was dressed in white, blue and gold, on a beautiful horse. A true knyaz.
What no one expected, however, was that Levski would lead not just Bulgaria but all slavic tribes. Even Russians eventually, when no one expected and all hope was lost.
And did I mention it was a trilogy?
Then time would pass. A few generations later and the next emperor was born in Serdika. Descendant of Trajan.
He would lead Europe on an almost bloodless crusade against the Ottoman turks to free Constantinople and move Europe’s capital back there. He managed to unite Europe around Bulgaria because that’s where all Europeans come from.
To a place in time where borders no longer remain – there are just cities that rule themselves and compete for bright minds and artists.
Sofia leads the way.
That’s where faith, the Force, remained strong all along.
