I’ve always been hardworking but self-control has just never been my thing.
All my life thus far, I’ve been easily distracted by things big and small.
Until I found out what really working out can do for my self-control, that is.
Now I want more.
And taking this simple idea one step further, in what areas I’m easily distracted?
Can working on my self-control there improve my overall performance? ‘Cause a few areas come to my mind right away.
